After the popularity of Macklemore, Grieves, Lifesavas and others have blown up from the pacific north west, the interest in alternative and historical hip-hop has had a recent surge in both Vancouver and Seattle. With a large audience very interested in fashion and apparel, a niche was found and acted upon. The result is Verse Magazine, an explosive, experimental publication that is not only entertaining but revolves around the chosen sponsors of fashion, sports companies etc. This is meant to be THE magazine for the growing north-western niche, with no other competition on the magazine stands.
